Frequently asked questions
Where do you ship?
To the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C. and U.S. territories. We cannot accept orders with a shipping address outside the U.S.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no handling fee.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders in 1 to 3 business days, then standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. Orders ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses in China. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and APO/FPO addresses can take up to 5 business days longer.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. Any import charges are handled by us. You pay only the price shown at checkout plus applicable sales tax.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. It is emailed to you when your parcel ships, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page. If it has not arrived within 3 business days, check your spam folder and then email us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@vordastyle.com with your order number. After 24 hours the order is in fulfillment and cannot be changed, but you can return it once it arrives.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original packaging. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage; there is no restocking fee. Items that arrive damaged, or a different product than you ordered, are refunded or replaced at our cost without sending them back. For any other return (change of mind, wrong size, not as expected) you pay the return shipping. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
How quickly are refunds paid?
Within 5 business days of approval, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show it.
Do you offer exchanges?
Return the item and place a new order for the size or color you want. The new order ships immediately.
How do I choose the right size?
Most product pages include a size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters; compare them with a garment you already own, and if you are between sizes choose the larger one. If a product has no size chart, email us with the item name and we will send the measurements before you order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. See our Payment Policy.
My tracking says "delivered" but I have nothing. What now?
Check with your household and neighbors, confirm the address on your order confirmation, and ask the carrier for delivery details. If the parcel cannot be found, email us; we will open a carrier investigation and send a replacement or refund if it is confirmed lost.
