1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of https://vordastyle.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make on it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. The Site is intended for customers located in the United States.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

We make every effort to describe products accurately, including materials, sizes, colors and features. Colors may display slightly differently on different screens. All products are sold new and unused. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Standard shipping is free within the United States.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the affected order before shipment and will refund any amount already charged.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where the product is unavailable, or where there is a pricing error; in each case any amount charged is refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal). Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we do not store your full card details. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping times, costs, the shipping origin and what happens if we cannot ship on time are set out in the Shipping Policy. Your right to return items within 14 days of delivery, and how refunds are made, are set out in the Refund & Return Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Product safety and disclosures

Our apparel and footwear are fashion items and are not medical devices. Product descriptions that mention comfort, support or fit describe design features only and are not health claims. Follow the care label on each garment.

California Proposition 65: some apparel, footwear and accessories can expose you to chemicals, including lead or phthalates, that are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

8. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it, or to submit false information.

9. Intellectual property

The Vorda Style name and logo, and the text, images and design of the Site, belong to Wolf Scaling Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party product or brand names appearing on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify goods.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. We only display reviews that were genuinely submitted by customers and we do not edit their substance.

11. Communications

We send order-related emails to the address you provide. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and every one contains an unsubscribe link, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. Text messages are sent only if you expressly opt in at checkout and can be stopped by replying STOP.

12. Warranties and limitation of liability

We warrant that products will match their description and arrive undamaged, and we honor that warranty through our Refund & Return Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no other express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on incidental or consequential damages; in those states our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wolf Scaling Limited against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except that consumers in the United States keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the state in which they live. If you have a complaint, contact us first at support@vordastyle.com; we aim to resolve every complaint within 10 business days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in the courts of Hong Kong or in the courts of the U.S. state where you reside.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when the Terms were last changed.
