Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to every purchase made on https://vordastyle.com. It does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
Summary
- 14-day return window, counted from the day your order is delivered.
- Item arrived damaged, or you received a different product than you ordered: full refund or free replacement at our cost, and you do not have to send the item back.
- Changed your mind, wrong size, or not what you expected: return the unused item in its original packaging; you pay the return postage; no restocking fee.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
- Sale items have exactly the same return rights as full-price items.
1. Item arrived damaged, or the wrong product was sent
Email support@vordastyle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the problem. This covers two situations only: the item was damaged in transit or arrived damaged, or we sent you a different product from the one you ordered. Once we confirm the issue (usually within 1 business day) we will, at your choice, send a free replacement or refund the item in full. We cover the cost; you will not be asked to return the item and you will not pay any shipping.
2. Change of mind, wrong size or not as expected
If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item is not what you expected, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in its original packaging. In these cases the return shipping cost is paid by you.
- Email support@vordastyle.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Within 1 business day we send you a Return Authorization number and the return shipping address. Returns must be sent to that address; parcels sent elsewhere cannot be processed.
- Ship the item within 14 days of receiving the authorization, using a tracked service. Return postage is paid by you and is not refunded. We charge no restocking fee.
- Within 5 business days of the return arriving and passing inspection, we refund the full product price to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
We do not hold stock for direct exchanges. To exchange a size or color, return the item under section 2 and place a new order; the new order ships immediately rather than waiting for the return.
4. Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and hosiery can only be returned if they are unopened, or if they arrived damaged or were the wrong product. Gift cards are not refundable. Every other product we sell can be returned.
5. Refund timing
We issue the refund within 5 business days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post it to your account. If you have not seen the refund after 15 business days, contact us and we will send you the refund reference.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that, please use the return process above once your order arrives.
