This Privacy Policy explains how Wolf Scaling Limited, trading as Vorda Style ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit https://vordastyle.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or contact us. It is written for customers in the United States and includes the disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and by the privacy laws of other U.S. states.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see section 9).

3. How we use information

To process, ship and deliver your order, send order confirmations and tracking, and handle returns and refunds (performance of our contract with you).
To provide customer support.
To screen orders for fraud and to protect the Site.
To operate, maintain and improve the Site and understand how it is used.
To send marketing emails or texts if you have opted in; you can opt out at any time.
To show you advertising for our products on other websites and platforms (see section 5).
To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting rules.

4. Who we share information with

Shopify Inc., which hosts our store, processes payments through Shopify Payments and provides fraud analysis. Shopify's privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
PayPal, when you choose to pay with PayPal.
Fulfillment partners and carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to pack and deliver your order.
Email and customer-service providers that we use to send order emails and answer your messages.
Advertising and analytics partners such as Google, Microsoft Advertising and Meta, which receive device and usage information through cookies and pixels to measure our ads and show you relevant ads.
Authorities or professional advisers where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing device and usage information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law and as "targeted advertising" under other state laws. You can opt out as described in section 6.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to work (cart, checkout, security), that measure how the Site is used (analytics), and that support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser that sends it.

6. Your privacy rights (all U.S. residents)

Depending on your state you may have the right to:

Know / access the personal information we hold about you and receive a portable copy.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as completed-order records we must keep.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. Use our Your Privacy Choices page or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Appeal a decision we make about your request by replying to our response.

To exercise a right, email support@vordastyle.com with the subject "Privacy request" or call +1 262 205 4596. We will verify your identity using the email address or order details on file and respond within 45 days (extendable by a further 45 days where permitted, with notice). You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of the agent's authority.

7. California notice at collection

In the preceding 12 months we collected the categories in section 2, used them for the purposes in section 3, and disclosed them for business purposes to the recipients in section 4. We "shared" identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising; we did not "sell" personal information for money. We retain each category for as long as needed for the purposes described in section 8. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

8. Data retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting rules. Customer-service correspondence is kept for 3 years after the last contact. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained by our providers for up to 26 months. Information is then deleted or anonymized.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children and you must be at least 18 to place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@vordastyle.com and we will delete it.

10. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant providers. Access to customer data is limited to staff and providers who need it to serve you. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.

11. International transfers

Wolf Scaling Limited is located in Hong Kong and our store is hosted by Shopify on servers in the United States and Canada. Your information may therefore be processed outside the state or country where you live. We apply the protections described in this policy wherever the data is processed.

12. Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by contacting us; we process opt-outs within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.

13. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email where we have your address.
